Duncan McPhee

Duncan McPhee started as an apprentice marine plumber at the Scotstoun shipyard in Glasgow, then owned by Yarrow Shipbuilders and subsequently by British Shipbuilders, GEC and currently BAE Systems where he is employed as a full time trade union convenor.

Duncan also holds several senior lay positions within Unite the Union and is a Member Nominated Trustee Director of the BAE Systems Pension Scheme.
